Job Responsibilities
1.Perform daily operations of microbiology related experiments and strictly comply with aseptic operation specifications.
2.Be responsible for the operation and routine maintenance of 5 100 L fermenters, as well as process recording and data sorting.
3.Complete strain cultivation, fermentation process control, sampling and testing, fermentation broth treatment and other tasks.
4.Assist in completing the documentation of experimental protocols,original records, experimental reports and other documents.
5.Experience in separation and purification is preferred.

2.Familiar with basic microbiological experiments and aseptic operations.
3.Capable of independently operating 5 100 L fermenters and familiar with fermentation procedures and routine maintenance.
4.Diligent, responsible, careful and rigorous at work, willing to follow work arrangements and possess teamwork spirit.
5.Candidates with experience in microbial isolation, purification and downstream processing will be given priority.

Tackle technical difficulties in R&D, solve various problems occurring in project progress, take on high difficulty projects and complete synthetic route design.
2.Possess solid experimental skills and theoretical knowledge of organic synthesis. Independently formulate and improve pilot-scale experimental protocols and pilot production processes, and conduct independent process research.
3.Record specific operations and experimental phenomena in a standardized, authentic and detailed manner; report work progress on a regular basis.
4.Be familiar with safety management and strictly implement all the company’s rules and regulations.

2.Have working experience in chemical synthesis, be familiar with unit operations of organic synthesis and proficient in various organic synthesis reactions.
